Grasp outer edges of pack at the arrows below. Squeeze firmly to activate. Knead pack well to mix contents after activation. Apply hot pack to desired area. Approximate peak temperature 90C, therapeutic time duration 30minutes, disposeof used pack in proper method.

    Precaution:
     Do not puncture or strike pack in any manner, protect form freezing, for external use only. Do not apply if skin is impaired in any way. Store at room temperature(not to exceed 104C).
    If accidentally break the hot pack, the contents come in contact with eyes or skin, immediately irrigate affected area thorougly with water and consult a physician. Swallow is forbidden.
